By now, you’ve probably found the special recipe for poultry, meat or fish you'll serve during this Holiday season. What you need is an easy and unforgettably delicious recipe so you can fill the rest of the plate with a succulent treat everyone at your table will love!
Look no more! Our general manager, Briana Stockton, has the perfect healthy Holiday gourmet dish for you: PUMPKIN FRIES !
Just follow the easy cooking steps below.
This to-die-for recipe is one of the best Holiday side-dishes to impress your guests!
PUMPKIN FRIES:
Step 1:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Slice a pumpkin or cut into pieces.
Step 2:
Clean the inside of the pumpkin and peel the outside with a potato peeler.
Step 3:
Slice pumpkin into French frie like pieces. Toss fries in a bowl with raw coconut oil.
If the coconut oil is hard, boil water, place the glass jar in the hot water to soften the coconut oil into a liquid.
Step 4:
Put the fries on a cookie sheet, add fresh chopped garlic, sea salt and pepper.
Step 5:
Bake for 15/20 minutes, depending on thickness of fries.
Step 6:
ENJOY with ketchup, raw pesto or any favorite dipping sauce.
